For those who have Celiacs and have not had Crab Rangoon for years? We are the only one who make them to the delights of customers all over Colorado. We have a small offering for sushi lovers as well. We have the best customers and the most amazing staff. 96% of our menu are gluten-free and we have separate fryers so cross-contamination is avoided.

We sell Korean style chicken and bowl menu. We are currently registered as the official catering service for Auraria campus in Denver. We also have experience participating in major festivals and events in Colorado for over 3 years including the Colorado Dragon Boat Festival, Cherry Creek Arts Festival, Pueblo's Chili Festival and Taste of Colorado.

I am a first-generation Filipino-American serving veganized versions of my favorite Filipino childhood staples such as chik'n adobo, pandesal, lumpia, and mango sticky rice balls. I also served options of American food, all in hopes of allowing people to feel less intimidated by replacing even just one meal with a plant-based one. It is an amazing feeling to provide people with a little taste of back home or their childhood, especially if they have never been able to experience a vegan version!

Moge Tee is tea based Boba shop that carry high quality teas sourced from Mainland China. We are the first location in Colorado but is a world wide establishment. Our moto is "Dedicated Just for Tea" and we work to introduce different types of teas to the Colorado audience. Moge Tee is known for our fresh fruit teas which are created with real fruits and fresh brewed teas blended in one cup.

We are a woman owned family operated business where I run this business with my two kids. New Saigon Bakery is a family owned business that focuses on bringing homemade, traditional Vietnamese food to Denver, Colorado. We focus on Banh Mi (Vietnamese sandwiches) as well as Vietnamese sweets and street food. Our family-owned business started our journey with establishing New Saigon Restaurant in 1987. New Saigon Restaurant was owned by Thai Nguyen and Ha Pham. Their story is among one of the many refugees who fled from Vietnam during the war. Their restaurant became one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Denver.
