We serve traditional Korean flavored drinks with modern twists. The name 3456 originates from the markings on the Korean Flag. The name was selected in thoughts of bringing unification to our community and allowing good and righteous moral to be fed into the current crazy world while also introducing Korean culture, traditional beverage and food into the mix. We are located inside the Korean food hall "Coark Collective".

Chef Baggao started ADOBO in 2017 winning best food truck in Denver and being featured on Netflix. In 2022 we opened our flagship location in the west highlands winning best new bar in Denver and top 100 restaurant 2023 and 2024.

Immigrating from Thailand in 2006 with their mother, Kim, Bo and Arisa helped her open Aloy Thai in Boulder. Using Kim’s traditional family recipes the restaurant quickly garnered accolades and customers. Now, after 10 years of serving up award winning traditional dishes to Boulder, the sisters have paired their passion for today’s slow-cooked Thai cuisine with local farm-to-table foods to bring Aloy Modern Thai to the heart of Denver’s Ballpark District.

Angry Chicken was born in December of 2017. We are a unique brand of fried chicken. Our breading is one of a kind, made of rice flour and not your usual flour, which makes it crispy, light and moist without the heavy greasy taste and is also gluten-free. All of our chicken is never frozen and every dish is made fresh to order. Our sauces are also uniquely made and have influences from Korea. We strive to fulfill and satisfy the varying tastebuds of all of our customers.

Quyen, Anise's Owner and Executive Chef, is extremely passionate about Vietnamese cuisine and about Anise. Chef Quyen wants to introduce Anise’s customers to more that Vietnamese cuisine has to offer by introducing eclectic but extremely tasty Vietnamese dishes that one cannot normally find in any archetypal Vietnamese restaurants.

Our handcrafted drinks are made with premium teas and real fruits. The pork springs rolls are a popular item that keeps customers coming back for its crunchy texture and delightful house-made sauce!

AHOP is owned and operated by Melissa Chang, a first-generation Chinese American and specializes in handmade, small-batch, baked goods that are often inaccessible in the Denver metro, such as pineapple buns, cocktail buns, mochi, and much more. The signature treat is the snowflake crisp - a sweet and savory, crispy and chewy bite of marshmallow goodness - that comes in a wide variety of seasonal flavors.

Mama Chao, owner and Head Chef of Chao’s Chow, a family-owned food truck, serves hot and fresh Asian street food.

An Asian eatery located inside Stanley Marketplace in Aurora, CO, the menu focuses on Japanese and Chinese cuisine and offers staple comfort foods such as ramen, dumplings, noodles, rice bowls, small eats and more.

CoArk Collective is a Korean food hall housing 10 different food and dessert vendors, offering over 300+ menu items. Each vendor has their own unique concepts, creating traditional and new style eats.

Chelsey and Hannah are proud Filipinas and the owners of Coffee Sarap, a mobile coffee shop serving the Front Range area of Colorado. Coffee Sarap translates to “delicious coffee” in Tagalog (Filipino) because when you try our drinks, you will say “sarap!” We use locally roasted beans and infuse our drinks with Filipino flavors such as ube, pandan, and much more. Our mission is to showcase who Filipinos are and and what we can offer. When you try our drinks, we hope you walk away with more than just a drink, but with a cultural experience as well.

At FlipnBoba, we are more than just a business, we are a team of passionate Bubble Tea enthusiasts. We started our journey with a simple goal: to share our love for this delicious and unique drink with others.

GetRight’s is a small family owned operation that started in February of 2020. After 17+ years working as a cook and chef in restaurants, the decision to start our own brand was essential. We specialize in sourdough breads but also offer some sweeter treats and biscuits as well. To complement our services, we also sell and rent houseplants from our in home plant nursery.

Founded in 2006 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan; Gong Cha, which translates to “tribute tea for the emperor” opened its doors to the bubble tea market. Gong cha is known across the world for its signature Milk Foam. Its creamy, sweet and savory flavor balance and whipped texture make it the perfect complement to our freshly brewed teas. Our delicious milk foam is hand-crafted for each customer and made from the freshest milk and highest quality, signature ingredients.

Cindy and Helen, co-owners of Honey Bee Asian Bistro and best friends for over 15 years, are both immigrants from China and had a rough start in the early years when they first moved to the USA. But not only did they survive, they also thrived. They have both raised their families here and are living full lives. Cindy and Helen bonded over their passions for delicious food and for spreading joy over food and hospitality. Everything at Honey Bee is made from scratch from the dumplings to all the sauces, you can taste their devotion to high-quality food.

Hop Alley is an energetic, modern Chinese restaurant with a focus on regional Chinese flavors, seasonal sourcing, natural wines, creative cocktails and family style dining. Chef/Owner, Tommy Lee, is a second generation Chinese restauranteur born in Denver, whose parents are from Hong Kong. Hop Alley is the nickname of the original Denver Chinatown from the 1880's.
